Planning before execution

How we work

Every project follows clear stages, so you always know what is happening, what you will receive and who is responsible.

Where do we start?
01

You have an objective and need a concept

We start at stage one: understanding the objective and audience, and proposing the concept and interactive experiences.

02

You have a ready design

We review your design, explain the delivery requirements and items, then move to fabrication.

03

You need delivery only

Fabrication, printing or installation: we deliver only the items required, to the approved specification.

  1. 01

    Concept and planning

    What we do

We meet with you to understand the project objectives, audience, location, date, budget and organiser or venue requirements, and propose the event concept and interactive experiences.

    What you receive

An initial concept and plan outlining the scope and timeline.

  2. 02

    Design and quotation

    What we do

We design the concept, experience and stand or space, or review your existing design and explain the requirements for fabrication and installation.

    What you receive

A design or a review of your existing design, with an item and quantity breakdown and a quotation.

  3. 03

    Approval and fabrication

    What we do

Once the design and items are approved, we prepare the project requirements in line with the delivery schedule.

    What you receive

Photo updates from the workshop and one contact responsible for your project.

  4. 04

    Installation and handover

    What we do

We transport and install in line with the delivery schedule and organiser requirements, then review the setup before opening.

    What you receive

A site ready in line with the approved items, with a handover walkthrough for you or your team.

  5. 05

    Event days and dismantling

    What we do

A support team stays with you during the event as agreed. Afterwards, we dismantle and hand back the venue in line with organiser requirements.

    What you receive

Project photos and the items agreed for you to retain. Where measurement is agreed: a report on the data collected, such as visitors and leads.

Your quotation defines the scope. Services such as on-site support, data capture and results reports are provided where agreed, and are not added automatically to fabrication or print orders.
